Excedo Networks AB is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of customer information and to safeguarding customer trust.

All information relating to identifiable customers (“Customer Information”) is treated as confidential. Such information may only be accessed, used, or disclosed by authorized personnel and solely to the extent necessary to deliver, manage, and improve the services requested by the customer.

This confidentiality obligation applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and representatives of Excedo Networks AB. It applies across all parts of the organization and governs the handling of Customer Information both internally and in relation to third parties.

Access to Customer Information is strictly limited in accordance with the principles of necessity and least privilege. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Customer Information may only be disclosed to third parties under the following circumstances:

• where required by applicable law, regulation, or decision of a competent authority;
• where necessary for the provision of services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards; or
• where the customer has provided consent, where applicable.

Excedo Networks AB maintains an information security management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ensuring that Customer Information is protected through established processes for risk management, access control, and continuous improvement.

These confidentiality principles apply in addition to applicable laws and regulations governing the processing of personal data and marketing practices.
